Service provider

The service

pdfsimpleedit.com edits PDFs in the browser. A one-off edit does not need an account. An account (email or Google) attaches a paid plan to you.

Plans

The Free plan returns the whole PDF: one export per day, files up to 10 MB and 20 pages, once per document. Pass lasts 7 days. Pass and Pro: up to 50 MB and unlimited export.

The limits shown in the service are the ones that apply. If an administrator changes them, the values shown at the time of use apply.

Your files

Upload only files you have the right to use. We do not take copyright in the content. We process the file only to perform the edit, export, link, or save you asked for.

Payments

The price in PLN, USD, or EUR is shown before you pay. In zloty, a one-time payment accepts card, BLIK, and Przelewy24. In dollars, euros, and for a Pro subscription, payment is by card through Stripe. The subscription renews until you cancel it in the Stripe portal (Manage subscription).

Export, Pass, and Pro are digital content delivered as soon as payment succeeds. By proceeding to payment you ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal to the extent allowed by Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Rights that statute does not allow to be waived remain.

Use of the service

Do not upload unlawful content and do not try to break or overload the service. A password reset works when the site mail is enabled.

Liability and law

Check the PDF after export. We are not liable for the content of user files or for outages at the payment, mail, or hosting provider, within the limits the law allows. This does not remove consumer rights.

Polish law applies. A consumer keeps the mandatory rules of their country in the European Union.
